Return/Refund Policy Upon receiving the goods, please carefully inspect the items we deliver. After receiving the goods, ACIS does not apply the product return policy. Therefore, when you receive the goods, please inspect them thoroughly. If you find any damages due to transportation or expired products, please immediately call the phone number at the address where the order was placed to inform ACIS about the condition of the goods received. – For the cash on delivery method: If the goods are expired, do not meet quality standards, or are damaged during transportation, please do not accept the goods or make the payment to the delivery staff. – For the prepayment via bank transfer method: If the goods are expired, do not meet quality standards, or are damaged during transportation, please do not accept the goods. Prepare a report documenting the condition of the goods. Both you and our delivery staff will sign to confirm the incident described in the document. We will take the goods back. Based on the actual goods and the above report, we will proceed to exchange the product for the customer within 2 working days. If the customer no longer needs the product, we will refund 100% of the amount transferred within 7 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays). If you do not receive the refund within 7 working days, please contact us to check the transfer status.
