Privacy policy

ACIS Technology JSC ("ACIS") respects your privacy. This page explains what data is collected when you use acis.com.vn and support.acis.com.vn, what it is used for and which choices you have.

1. Information you send us

When you submit the contact form or a support request we store your name, phone/e-mail, message and any attached photos in order to handle and answer the request. It is used for support and customer care only and is never sold or shared with third parties other than the technical partners who directly process your request.

2. Anonymous usage statistics

ACIS measures site traffic with a tool ACIS operates itself; no third-party analytics service is used (no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel).

We record: the pages/products viewed, time on page, device, browser, language, referring source and (when enabled) an approximate region derived from the IP address, at province level only.

We do not store the IP address or the browser identifier; they are only hashed one-way with a key that changes daily. Your browser keeps a random identifier (acis-vid) so returning visits can be counted; it is not linked to any personal information and is not a tracking cookie. Detailed data is kept for at most 24 months.

You can turn statistics off for this browser with the button at the bottom of this page, or by enabling "Do Not Track" / "Global Privacy Control" in your browser.

3. Cookies and local storage

The sites only use browser local storage for interface preferences (language, light/dark theme) and the anonymous statistics identifier described above. There are no advertising cookies.

4. Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete personal information you have sent to ACIS. Contact biz@acis.com.vn or the hotline on the Contact page.
